The handling and shipping would take 7 - 15 days.
Once your item is shipped, there will be a tracking number for you to track you package.

Return could be very easy! You can start by reaching out to us at hello@caseobsess.com, tell us what happened, we will provide an address for you to send the item back to us.
Please note that you will be paying the shipping fee for the return package.
After we received the item we will issue the refund to your original payment method.
